When you sign up, you provide your name, email, country, city, and password. Your email is used for account access, verification, password reset, and website notifications. Your public profile page may display your name, country, city, signup date, and approved pet memorials.
Your public profile URL includes your name, country, city, and user ID in slug format. Your email address is not displayed on public profile pages.
When you create or edit a pet memorial, the memorial page may show the pet name, pet type, breed when provided, photo, description, country, city, birth date when known, date of death when known, reason of death, created date, owner profile link, visitor count, comments, tributes, reactions, share links, and an optional YouTube memorial video.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Please only upload photos, descriptions, videos, comments, and tributes that you have the right to share and that are appropriate for a memorial website.
New memorials or updated pet photos may require admin approval before they appear publicly in the cemetery. Pending memorials are visible only to their owner and website administrators.
We may remove or restrict content that is abusive, misleading, illegal, spammy, harmful, or unrelated to a genuine pet memorial experience.
Pet credits are used to create memorials. Your first account may receive a free credit when stated on the signup page. Paid credits, pricing, and payment availability may change over time, but the current price is shown before checkout.

Account data includes your name, email, country, city, password, signup date, account status, login timestamps, notification preferences, pet credits, and your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Memorial data includes pet details, photos, descriptions, location, birth date when known, date of death when known, reason of death, YouTube video information when provided, visitor count, comments, tributes, and reactions.

Approved pet memorial pages may show pet name, pet type, breed when provided, photo, description, country, city, reason of death, birth date when known, date of death when known, memorial creation date, owner profile link, visitor count, comments, tributes, reactions, share tools, and an optional YouTube memorial video.
We use your information to create and display memorials, manage accounts, send activation and password reset emails, deliver notification emails you allow, process contact requests, prevent abuse, and help administrators review content.
Contact form messages are stored so website administrators can respond and track whether a request has been read.
Passwords are stored as hashes. Your email address is used for account and notification purposes and is not displayed publicly on profile pages. Admin users may access account, memorial, contact, comment, and interaction records when needed to operate and moderate the website.
